For ease of installation the MWR Filter is Tapered: with the point installed over the Horizontal Cylinder and the filter butt over the vertical cylinder

Depending on your setup, if you run a PC have the bike dyno for a power gain, on a standard setup an annual filter clean is all that is necessary.

As a 1 piece filter the filter stretches over the velocity stacks, this gives the best protection against foreign objects getting into the Throttle Bodies, and yes it happens

All MWR Air Filters are shipped out pre-oiled and ready to install.

Filters should be cleaned and re-oiled with MWR filter cleaner and oil once a year to ensure best performance and the longest filter life.

Filters can be washed and oiled up to 25 times.
