Assembly.

We at Kaneg are pleased to offer a fitting service for any of your Kaneg purchases at our Penrith Store, please contact the team; sales@kaneg.com.au for an obligation free fitting quotation.

Installation and fitting Instructions are not included with our products as all Kaneg products shall be fitted to the vehicle by a Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic trained and experienced in the installation of after-market motorcycle accessories.

All maintenance and servicing of your Kaneg product shall be conducted by a Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic trained and experienced in the maintenance and servicing of after-market motorcycle accessories.

No modifications shall be made to a Kaneg product, nor shall modifications be made to a vehicle to fit a Kaneg product.

Motorcycling can be dangerous and injurious to life and property, Chapel Hill pty ltd, Kaneg Motorcycle Accessories our Management and Staff shall accept no liability in the use of or the fitting of our products. Nor shall we accept liability for vehicle misuse or property damage or injury or loss of life resulting from the vehicle/product misuse or faulty fitting procedures or operator error or the operator error in judgement or acts of nature.

Warranty Policy.

Unless otherwise stated on individual items all Kaneg products come with a 12month warranty from the date of purchase against faulty materials and faulty workmanship.

Product found to be faulty in the quality of materials and or manufacture shall only be accepted as a return when advised within 7 days of the goods receipt, upon our receipt and inspection to determine the faulty product status, at our discretion we shall offer a replacement or a Store Credit to the value of your purchase.

Paint; scuffs, scratches and blemishes shall not be considered as a fault in manufacture.

If the returned product is found to be faulty as a result of product misuse or abuse no credit shall be offered.

If we ship the incorrect product, when advised within 7 days of the goods receipt, we shall ship the correct product and you return the incorrectly supplied item.

Change of Mind.

At our discretion, the return of an unwanted purchase shall only be accepted on the following basis: notify us via email within 7 days of the Customers receipt, the goods shall remain in unopened packaging, the customer shall pay the return shipping and we deduct 20% of the purchase value; plus, the postage and handling costs.

The Buying decision is solely the Purchasers responsibility; please make an informed decision and critical analysis of the Kaneg products suitability to exceed the intended use and serviceability and product life prior to a purchase or fitting the Kaneg product to a vehicle.

If in doubt do not purchase our product, as unless under extenuating circumstances, we shall not accept a return due to a change of mind.

Shipping:

Postage is not free with a Kaneg Purchase but we do include the cost of standard postage in the purchase price of our products within the Australian Mainland and Tasmania.

We shall not accept liability for a purchase being delayed in the Australia Post or Express Post System.

Express Shipping

Only the purchaser knows the urgency of their order, we provide an Express Post option to cater for an urgent delivery.

Please contact us in advance so as we can confirm the Express Shipping Costs.

Cost of return Postage;

If we are at fault, we shall issue a prepaid Aust Post Shipping Label.

If we are not at fault, the return shipping shall be at your expense.
