Please note the OEM Top Engine bolt has to be replaced with a Socket Head Bolt to fix the Stand Sleeve.

Lifting your bike, is as simple as engaging the KCLS stand Adapter pins:

1 into the adapter sleeve and the other into the frame hole.

The KCLS Specification:

Our stand frame consists of a combination of galvanized and powder coated steel sections.

The Adapter is all Stainless Steel, not zinc coated like the cheap Adapters, will give years of reliable service

It’s as Simply as installing;

The frame adapter sleeve onto your bike, this may require you to reverse the engine bolt.

Install and adjust the stand backing plate

Adjust the adapter pin and sleeve and balance and you are ready to go.

Again depending upon your Ride, you may have to tinker with the adjuster to have the bike level, be patient.

The Legs are adjustable to broaden or reduce the stand footprint, the broader the stand footprint the more stable the stand and bike.

With 4 double dolly wheels for a smooth use and added stability and manoeuvrability

Each Wheel is a Twin Rubber buffer wheel, with a locking wheel to secure the stand into place when you are working on the bike.

The ideal repair and service and cleaning stand, with both bike wheels off the ground and full bike access.

Safe and rigid enough so you can completely strip down the Bike whilst on the stand.

A must on the race track but also in the garage.

Good for Motorcycles up to about 300Kg, if your Motorcycle is heavier you should consider the kaneg SkyMate which is good for up to about 500kg.

Lift height is approx 14cm, to get to this height above ground depends upon how your bike is setup and suspension relaxation.

Comes ready for you to assemble and easy disassembly.

For convenience our stands can easily be disassemble to take less space for transport or to store away.

Some bike Fairing may require modification to engage the stand, this can be the case with Race Glass.

Perfect for wintering your bike as the bike can be left permanently on the our stand.

When engaged the bike cannot fall or slip off the stand and the adapter is secured into position, by the spring lock.

Each stand comes with all the parts and an Adapter ready for your motorcycle.

Each Adapter is Motorcycle specific, so if you change your ride, come back to us and we can do an Adapter trade in. BUT the Adapter must be unmarked and complete to allow us to Trade in.

Bolt tightening torques for mounting the frame sleeve:

   M8   Screw   = 70 Nm

   M10 Screw   = 80 Nm

   M12 Screw = 120 Nm

Consider Lock-Tighten all bolts.

For an extra $25.00 we supply a damper to make lifting you bike with a minimum of effort.

Postage is included in the cost of our KCLS, so no stuffing about with your purchase.

Packed into Cardboard for delivery: H = 75cm, W = 17cm , D=17cm

The stand weighs in at approx 12kg.

PLEASE CONSIDER

Only use the stand to support a motorcycle on a hard and level surface.

Do not sit on the motorcycle whilst the bike is supported by any stand.

Monthly check-tighten all bolts and nuts.

After manufacturer and painting, each stand is factory assembled to ensure an accurate parts fitment, during this assembly the stand paint may be scratched.

Paint scuffs, scratches and blemishes shall not be considered as a fault in manufacture.
