EVO DUAL ZONE are Professional Tyre Warmers, Made of Nomex fabric, both internally and externally.

Unlike most Tyre Warmers, which have 1 heat element, the Thermal Technology Evo Dual Zone has a TWO ZONE element.

The EVO Two Zone incorporates two separate tyre warmer elements, two sensors connect the element to the control unit which allows you to manage the desired tyre warmer temperature up to 120 degrees.

This technology gives a superior Heat distribution without a differential heat distribution over the tyre surface.

The lower element and upper element are managed as 1 unit and reach the control Temperature and maintain this temperature to both elements.

EVO DUAL ZONE is the only Tyre Warmers that use this technology.

The EVO DUAL ZONE, is the very same tyre warmers that Thermal Technology supplied to the SBK and MotoGP teams. 

Main Features

• The heat cable location is linear with a longitudinal layout, complemented by a transverse layout to the Warmer centre.
• The benefit of a transverse cable location is to heat the Tyre Shoulder and Wheel Rim, ensuring a uniform temperature throughout without a temperature drop off when entering the track

For the Pirelli users amongst us the XL Size can be used on 180/55 tire, BUT just make sure there is no overlap of the Heated Cable section of the Warmer, just matchup the two Velcro sides and the warmer is ready to go.

If a Heat Cable overlaps the Warmer Fabric Casing will melt, if holes develop in the warmer inner or outer fabric, these fails are not a manufacturering fault

When not in use do not leave the warmer switched on.

Do not leave the warmers in a bundle/pile or overlapping.
