MintDrive-II is a versatile intelligent drive with integrated motion controller.
MintDrive-II is programmable in the same Mint programming language as Baldor's NextMove controllers offering complete flexibility for your motion control requirements.
On board digital and analog I/O can be used to control many parts of the machine. This can be further expanded with either Baldor's range of CAN I/O modules operating over the Baldor CAN bus, or alternatively, CANopen devices conforming to the DS401 I/O profile.
MintDrive-II provides control of both rotary and linear motors. Fieldbus options include DeviceNet, Profibus-DP and CANopen. The onboard master encoder input can be used for synchronizing applications, including gearing, software cams and flying shears.
MintDrive-II is available in single phase from 2.5A to 7.5A and three phase from 2.5A to 27.5A.
Versatile programming is provided by means of Mint - multitasking BASIC or the supplied ActiveX components.
