10 Litre Race Rapid Fill Fuel Jug

To fuel up is as simple as:

Use the Jug side wall measure to fill the Jug to a volume to suit your needs.

Unlocking your Kaneg quick fill fuel Jug Spout safety tab.

With a firm grip on the double handles invert your Kaneg quick fill fuel Jug and place the Jug filler spout into the Motorcycle fuel tank filler hole.

Push the Spring-Loaded Valve spout head down to activate fuel flow from the Spring-Loaded Valve through the Spout and into your fuel tank.

With sufficient fuel in the tank, to stop fuel Flow is as simple as:

Lifting the Spring-Loaded Valve spout head from the Motorcycle and Fuel stops flowing automatically.

It is difficult to overfill the tank as fuel flow automatically cuts when the tank fuel height reaches the top of spout.

The automatic Spring-Loaded Valve stops further fuel flow and prevents overfilling and spilling.

The Fast Tank valve automatically closes when the tank is full.

The Quick Fill Jug has no air-vent to open and close, so no leaks when filling.

For Safety sake, your jug is a transparent plastic (not a solid colour), this allows you to monitor what fuel may be already in the Container.

Please note:

We do not Recommend using your Kaneg’s Race Fast Fill Fuel Jug to store or transport Fuel.

Rather than filling your Kaneg quick fill fuel Jug with 10ltrs of fuel (gross about 8.00kg), we recommend filling the fuel Jug to a volume that is easy to lift and handle for a speedy fill.

30mm diameter filling spout, please measure your Motorcycle Fuel Tank Filler hole diameter to make sure the spout will fit.

Because of the Tank design the Jug isn’t intended for use with KTM Husqvarna/Husaberg and Yamaha YZF450/250 2010-2013 Motorcycles

This Utility Container is intended for use as a Fuel Fast Fill Jug for Race Competition refuelling for off-road and closed course Race events.
