2008 ZX-10R KANEG FRAME SLIDER INSTALLATION

Tools - 4mm, 6mm & 8mm Hex keys

Procedure -

1) To install the right side slider, remove the bolt as shown using a 6mm hex key.

2) Install the slider and tighten with 8mm hex key.

3) To install the left side slider, remove the left side mid fairing using 4mm hex key.

4) Remove the engine bolt using 6mm hex key.

5) Install slider bracket as shown, tightening bolt to finger tight.

6) Reposition mid fairing and adjust bracket until fairing sits correctly. Remove fairing and tighten bracket bolt using 8mm hex key. Replace mid fairing.

7) Attach left side slider and tighten bolt using 8mm hex key.

Note - These sliders do NOT come with torque settings for the bolts. For this installation, a short extension bar was used to tighten the bolts adequately.
