Regarding Purchases from our Web Shop

Card Payments:

Your Card payment for purchases from Kaneg MCA is facilitated through the PayPal platform.

On each and every transaction PayPal charge the PayPal processing Fee, as such the Fee is already included in the item cost of each Purchase from us.

If you request a Purchase Refund, unfortunately, PayPal do not refund the processing Fee charged on the original Purchase.

This means, as PayPal retain the original Fee, on each purchase returned item we have absorbed the PayPal Fee on the refunded item.

From 1st March 2025, the Kaneg Policy is that the PayPal refund shall be less the PayPal Fee.

Post/Shipping/Handling Charges:

Kaneg; in our desire to make your purchase a simplified process; we already include the Post/Shipping/Handling charges into the purchased items cost.

The Post/Shipping/Handling Charges cover locations on the Australian mainland and Tasmania.

If you request a purchase Refund, previously we have supplied a prepaid Post label for you to return the item. Therefore; on each returned item we have twice absorbed the Post/Shipping/Handling Charges on the item to be refunded.

From 2nd May 2025, the Kaneg Policy is that the all Refunds shall less the Post/Shipping/Handling Charges.

Parts and Stock Items;

Generally, we advertise only Stock Parts and Items.

BUT on the less popular items or expensive items we may only keep 1 part/item in stock, if that item is sold and the replacement is on back-order and you are not prepared to await the part/item delivery, then request the order cancellation and a Refund, the Kaneg 1st March 2025 Refund Policy shall apply.

International Sales:

To ship a Purchase International the additional shipping cost is at the Purchases expense. To know the additional charge, please email us prior to you making the purchase. It then is your choice to place an order or not.

If Purchase then cancel the purchase PayPal Fee shall be deducted from the refund.

The Kaneg Refund Policy 1st March 2025 updated 2nd May 2025:

If you Purchase from us with a Card the Refund shall be less the PayPal Fee.

If you order and cancel an item, the Refund shall be less the PayPal Fee.

If we Post/Ship the purchase, the Refund shall less the Post/Shipping/Handling Charges.

Why have we done this?

1.  Rising Costs, as such rather than increase the item cost and as we cannot continue to absorb certain item oncosts, we Refund based upon our Refund Policy of 1st March 2025.
2.  Try it and see Purchases, where the Customer doesn’t understand the Technicalities in assembling, setting up or using the item purchased.
3. Purchases where the Customer has not read the full purchased item description.
4. International Sales, not requesting a cost to ship before placing an order. Then upon considering the extra shipping charge, cancel the order.

As fellow Motorcyclist and consumers we don't take lightly to being stuffed about and wasting our valuable time when making an online purchase.

Please note;

The price of our products is shown upfront,

with the shipping cost within Australia already included in the purchase price,

we don’t take lightly to finding there is an added shipping cost to the purchase right at the tedious end of a long winded transaction.
